  • After processing, shipping typically takes 10-14 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery of 14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

International Shipping

  • VESPERD ships worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Lost Packages

  • While we aim to meet our estimated shipping times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.
  • If your package is lost or delayed beyond 21 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
  • VESPERD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
