International Shipping
- VESPERD ships worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
- Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
Order Tracking

- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & Lost Packages
- While we aim to meet our estimated shipping times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
- Ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
- VESPERD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
