Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all protective materials and tags intact.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Watches that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
